by

I provide CBT for many clients, mostly in-person, but also online. I am not, however, a one-trick-pony! CBT simply isn’t for everyone for a number of reasons. And if it is for you, how will you know? [Read more…]

The Dichotomy of Trust

by

What we think about trust isn’t the sole domain of what we believe about those around – and outside of us. If we lack trust in what we experience AND and in ourselves, the impact on our emotions and behaviours, based on those cognitions can be significant. [Read more…]

Am I acceptable to me?

To be listened to, in a private and confidential setting, by someone who is impartial, yet skilled as a professional listener (it’s harder than you think to really listen!) and who will leave judgements outside of your session opens up all kinds of possibilities to unpack and discover a journey into the real you and, if something in your life can be improved upon, to provide a strategy for this.

8 Steps to Being Mindful

Starting today, you don’t have to muddle through life anymore – not knowing where to turn.

Imagine… having the courage to speak up, recognising unhealthy relationships, feeling calmer, relaxed and in control, and being more able to make positive and mindful decisions.

Imagine… being more focused, energised and living a more accepting life, no more sleepless nights worrying yourself into the ground, and no more toughing-it-out alone and putting on a brave face.

With our support, you can learn how to manage whatever is now troubling you, discover new choices and move forward in life.
