Mindful Thinking Leads to Right Outcomes

What is Right Thinking? Right thinking will contain elements of compassion for self and others. It will seek to offer only goodwill, rather than harm.

Right Actions – are being true to yourself without harming others; seeing the world as it really is – rather than what we become conditioned to believe.

Thinking and acting in these ways, along with many other considerations available via a more mindful life lead to outcomes that are in keeping with truth and reality. We become less reactive, more creative, less tired and anxious, more relaxed and better to be around.

Ultimately – we can re-establish peace in our mind – happiness and contentment within.
